The ShineWorks company story
We started ShineWorks with a bucket, a squeegee and a lot of doors to knock on. No office, no investors — just two friends who wanted to build something of their own in the city we now call home.
The first summer taught us everything. We learned that people don't just want clean windows — they want to trust the person standing at their door. So we built the company around that: show up when you say you will, do the whole job properly, and never take money from someone who isn't happy.
Today we look after homes right across Winnipeg, and we still show up to most jobs ourselves. When you call, you get one of us — not a call centre.
