We come out and walk the property with you. You point at what you want cleared — driveway, walks, steps, patio, the path to the bins — and we give you the price there and then, before the season starts. The bands above are where most homes land, not a starting point we talk you up from.
Once snowfall passes 5 cm we go out on our route. Season clients get a text when we are done. You never have to phone us.
On a season plan you pay exactly the same. That is the whole point of it — we carry the risk of a bad winter, not you.
Honestly, not always, and we would rather say so. In a mild winter paying per visit costs less. What the plan buys you is certainty: your price is fixed in November, you are on the route, and you never have to phone anyone or wonder whether today counts as enough snow.
Ice melt is included on every Full Property visit, and available on request for the other plans.
